This cute gate house is located on a breath-taking property along the mighty Niagara River. The main house that sits on the other side of this 2-acre lot is also a beautiful, short-term rental. The gate house is a whopping 1,600 sqft with plenty of room for up to 8 guests to decompress and enjoy this quaint, little town. The Village of Lewiston is just a short stroll down Lower River Road where you will find a plethora of amazing shops and restaurants. The gate house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a first-floor bedroom along with a full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find another 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a common area with a futon, spacious dining area, a large living room, and a great, equipped and updated kitchen. Guests have access to the entire gate house, it's a private home that is away from the main house. There are 3 guest parking spots that are dedicated to the gate house. The pool is shared with the main house which is also listed on Airbnb. The property is managed by Lewiston Vacation Rentals, and we are proud to be a super host on Airbnb for the last 6 years.
